Why the clinic
A quiet room, and the rest of the clinic next door.
The clinic sits inside Fittopia Wellness Studio on No. 3 Road, a short walk from Lansdowne Station, with parking on site. Sessions run in a private treatment room, unhurried and one to one, with the same therapist each visit.
It is also where the rest of Fittopia Health Care lives. Acupuncture and TCM, physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates, and counselling all run in the same building, so your care can be coordinated across disciplines when that suits your goals.
Registered Massage Therapists (RMT)
Conditions we treat
Assessment-based massage therapy for musculoskeletal pain, tension, and injury recovery, at both Fittopia locations.
Every session opens with a short assessment of your posture and movement, then a tailored treatment plan with pressure adjusted to your comfort throughout, delivered by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
- Neck and back pain
- Muscle tension and tightness
- Postural strain from desk work
- Post-training recovery
- Sciatica
- Sports and overuse injuries
- TMJ dysfunction
- Reduced mobility
Massage therapy helps manage these concerns; it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or care.
How treatment works
Techniques we use
Your therapist blends the right techniques for your body and goals.

Therapeutic / Swedish massage
Flowing, full-body work that relaxes muscles and improves circulation.
Deep-tissue massage
Slower, firmer pressure reaching deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
Trigger-point therapy
Focused pressure on tight bands and tender spots that can refer pain elsewhere.
Myofascial release
Sustained, gentle work on the fascia to restore glide between tissue layers.
Sports massage
Treatment built around training loads, recovery, and event preparation.
Stretching and mobility work
Assisted stretching to carry the benefits into how you move.

One to one, hands-on treatment from a Registered Massage Therapist.

Good to know
Clinic massage therapy FAQs.
Do you provide receipts and direct billing at the clinic?
Yes. We provide receipts you can submit to your extended health plan, and direct billing is rolling out now: Sun Life is live today, with more insurers being onboarded (see our Insurance page for the current list). Coverage varies by policy, so check your plan details.
Can I combine massage therapy with other care at the clinic?
Yes. Acupuncture and TCM, physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates, and counselling all run in the same building on No. 3 Road, so sessions can be sequenced around each other and your therapist can point you to another service on site if it looks like a better fit.
What languages can I have my session in?
Parry works in English and Cantonese.
What conditions does massage therapy help with?
Common reasons include muscle tension, back, neck, and shoulder pain, sports and overuse injuries, post-training recovery, posture and mobility, tension headaches, and stress relief. Your Registered Massage Therapist builds a treatment plan around your goals; we focus on supporting your body, not promising to cure any condition.
