How it works
Book your visit, receive an official receipt with your practitioner's registration number, and submit it to your plan; if your insurer is live for direct billing, we bill your plan directly instead.
What your plan may cover
Most extended health plans include categories for all four disciplines: acupuncture (R.Ac), registered massage therapy (RMT), physiotherapy (Registered Physiotherapist), and counselling (RSW).
Official receipts, every visit
Every paid visit comes with an official receipt that includes your practitioner's registration number.
A note on cosmetic acupuncture
Cosmetic acupuncture is typically not covered by extended health plans and is subject to GST; other acupuncture falls under the standard category on most plans.
