Acupuncture or counselling
Both are offered at the Wellness Studio clinic on No. 3 Road.
Physiotherapy: choose your setting
The clinic offers assessment-based physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates in quieter treatment rooms; the Fitness Center moves treatment onto real training equipment. Both are registered physiotherapy.
Massage therapy: choose your setting
The clinic runs Registered Massage Therapy with Parry Yeung in a private treatment room on No. 3 Road; the Fitness Center runs it with Anthony Antolis beside the training floor on Alderbridge Way. Same session lengths, same fees, no membership needed at either.
